- If you're renting the bike for one hour, it has to be returned on time. 10 minutes' late return will be charged as one hour's fee.

- Any damage occurs to the bike will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
- Renter's general information is considered to generate quicker rent process.
- For Health and Safety, helmet is suggested. However, it is not included in the rent of the bike. If the helmet is requested, additional fee will be charged.
