needs to like animals I have two dogs,cat and three horses. The rent includes bills apart from phone, and the heating is only on first thing in the morning and in the evening. The house is on the market so this is short term only. Probably until next spring. Alternatively there could be a cheaper rate of rent for someone who could help out occasionally with the animals. There is a large garden, and the house is situated in an area of outstanding beauty.
